Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive janitorial duties, including dusting, mopping, and sweeping floors and surfaces.
• Maintain facility safety and hygiene by thoroughly sanitizing and disinfecting all areas.
• Manage the collection and proper disposal of waste materials.
• Ensure cleanliness of common areas, entrances, stairwells, and restrooms.
• Acquire and apply industry-leading cleaning techniques to ensure high-quality results.
• Provide outstanding customer service, addressing client-specific needs effectively.
• Contribute to the company's mission of building value and cleaning smartly.

Requirements

• Must be able to pass a Police Background Check.
