Role Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable Wall and Floor Tiler to become an essential part of our workforce. This position involves interpreting construction plans, measuring and marking layouts, preparing surfaces for tiling, precise installation and alignment of tiles, cutting and shaping tiles to fit, completing grouting and finishing touches, applying waterproofing measures, and performing specialized decorative tiling and mosaic work as needed. The role may also encompass installing granolithic, terrazzo, cement, or comparable flooring materials, ensuring every project reflects craftsmanship of the highest standard.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possession of a Certificate III in Wall & Floor Tiling or an equivalent qualification
• At least two years of practical experience in tiling roles
• Comprehensive understanding of wall and floor tiling methods and waterproofing procedures
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural plans and specifications
• Exceptional attention to detail paired with a dedication to quality workmanship
• Capability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team setting

Compensation

The full-time role offers an annual remuneration package ranging from $80,000 to $85,000, dependent upon the candidate's skills and experience.
