Job description
Role overview
As a service team member, you help create a memorable dining experience for guests through attentive, professional hospitality. The position is based in Frankfurt am Main and follows an on-site part-time schedule.
What you will do
- Deliver warm, memorable service that contributes to an outstanding guest experience.
- Guide guests through the menu and provide thoughtful recommendations for food and wine pairings.
- Use the Micros Simphony POS system and manage your cash drawer accurately and independently.
- Handle guest complaints in a calm, confident, and solution-oriented manner.
- Ensure that all quality and hygiene standards are consistently followed.
What you bring
- You are passionate about hospitality and genuinely enjoy working with people.
- You like hands-on service work and are motivated to keep learning and improving every day as part of a friendly, ambitious team.
- A completed vocational qualification is preferred, ideally in hospitality or gastronomy.
- You have very good German and English language skills.
- You are proactive and like contributing your own ideas to everyday work.
