Role Overview
The role of Waiter / Waitress at Prada ION Caffe is fundamentally guest-facing, tasked with providing an exquisite and luxurious dining experience that reflects the brand's esteemed standards. This position demands exceptional personal grooming, thorough product knowledge, and refined service etiquette.
As the frontline representative, candidates will be instrumental in delivering a hospitable, polished, and memorable experience to patrons. Collaboration with the Front of House team ensures seamless operation while embodying the core values and image of the Prada brand.

Principal Responsibilities
- Deliver courteous and sophisticated service throughout the guest experience
- Prepare and reset tables in accordance with established SOPs
- Offer detailed explanations of food, beverages, and retail items, including allergens
- Accurately take and process orders using point-of-sale systems
- Present food and beverages skillfully, ensuring appropriate timing
- Proactively monitor guest tables anticipating their requirements
- Handle guest complaints or special requests promptly and empathetically
- Maintain clear communication with kitchen, bar, and team members
- Engage in daily briefings and participate in ongoing training initiatives
- Ensure upkeep and organization of Front of House areas
- Comply fully with food safety and hygiene standards
- Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed
- Manage guest payments and billing accurately and discreetly
