Job Role and Responsibilities

As a waiter or waitress, you will serve as a primary representative of the restaurant, providing prompt, friendly, and professional service. You will possess detailed knowledge of the menu to recommend dishes and drinks that enhance the guest experience. Your role includes maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced environment while ensuring each guest's visit is memorable and enjoyable.

Candidate Profile

• Customer-oriented with a warm and welcoming demeanor
• Strong commitment to delivering excellent service and guest satisfaction
• Effective team member comfortable working under pressure
• Professional in behavior towards guests and colleagues
• Proven experience in premium hospitality settings such as high-end restaurants, luxury hotels, or private member clubs
• Ability to manage high-volume service seamlessly, paying careful attention to detail and quality
• Preferred prior exposure to table service, wine knowledge, and refined guest interactions
• Confidence and polish, ideally from experience in Michelin-starred or similarly acclaimed venues
• Skillful at anticipating guests' needs, tactful upselling, and building rapport

• Competitive hourly pay supplemented with tronc, ranging between £12.50 and £20.00
