Job description
Role overview
This is a senior product leadership opportunity based in the United States, offered through a partner company that will handle applications and the next stages of the process. The role sits at the center of a fast-growing payments platform operating in several markets, where you will shape the global product direction and ensure the roadmap supports both customer needs and business growth.
You will be responsible for guiding product strategy from concept through execution, making sure the right capabilities are delivered at the right time. The position calls for commercial judgment, a strong grasp of product management, and comfort working in tightly regulated, multi-market environments. You will also contribute to customer-facing discussions and help ensure that commitments made to clients are both ambitious and realistic. This is a highly visible role with meaningful influence on company strategy and international expansion.
Key accountabilities
- Set and run the global product roadmap, with clear prioritization across 3-6 month and 6-12 month planning windows tied to market demand and business objectives.
- Lead product planning and delivery end to end, converting regional and global needs into structured and executable roadmaps.
- Advance payment-product development across multiple regions, keeping compliance, ease of use, and scalability in view.
- Determine which processor and payment-network integrations should be prioritized to support expansion into new geographies and drive commercial growth.
- Work closely with engineering and professional services to sequence releases, manage trade-offs, and keep delivery on schedule.
- Partner with sales and presales teams to support customer conversations, shape solutions, and confirm what can be delivered.
- Build alignment among cross-functional stakeholders and keep global teams moving in the same direction.
Requirements
We are looking for a product leader with substantial experience in payments, fintech, or complex B2B technology settings, and with a solid understanding of global payment ecosystems.
- Background in leading and delivering complex product roadmaps with multiple stakeholders in fast-moving environments.
- Strong understanding of payments infrastructure, including processors, acquirers, PSPs, and merchant ecosystems across regions.
- Comfortable participating in presales and customer discussions with credibility and clear communication.
- Able to explain technical limitations in business terms and connect business goals back to technical realities.
- Track record of combining strategic thinking with practical, hands-on delivery.
- Collaborative leader who brings curiosity, energy, accountability, and ownership.
Benefits and additional information
- Competitive compensation package.
- Comprehensive benefits coverage.
- Flexible work arrangements that support work-life balance.
- High-impact leadership position with significant strategic ownership.
- International, collaborative environment with a strong product culture.
- Opportunity to help shape global payments infrastructure and support market expansion.
