Our client is a middle-market commercial services firm supported by a prominent private equity sponsor. The company is focused on enhancing its operations by introducing robust infrastructure and driving substantial growth. Operating in multiple states, the company aims to expand by both acquisition and organic growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
The Vice President of Operations will be a hands-on, growth-driven leader who takes full accountability for day-to-day operational management and strategic turnaround efforts. This executive will collaborate closely with the CEO to prepare the company for accelerated growth, improve performance, and foster a culture centered on continuous improvement.
Required Expertise and Experience
The ideal candidate will have direct operational leadership experience with both large-scale and middle-market industrial services companies. They should possess strong capabilities in implementing best practices, enhancing processes across various organizational functions, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs), improving reporting systems, budgeting, and managing teams. Experience within a private equity-backed organization or investor-led company focused on value creation and exit outcomes is considered an advantage.
