VP, HRIS (1-year Fixed Term Contract)

Role Overview

This fixed-term VP, HRIS role is based in Singapore and focuses on the administration, support, and continuous improvement of human resources information systems, with SuccessFactors as the main platform. The position is intended for one year and is office-based.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of HRIS platforms, with a primary focus on maintaining accurate data and strong system control within SuccessFactors.
• Drive and support HRIS initiatives such as business transformation work, system integrations, and process enhancements by partnering with teams across functions and regions.
• Contribute effectively in agile project settings, both independently and as part of a wider project group, while meeting agreed timelines and quality expectations.
• Investigate and fix system problems quickly to reduce disruption to business operations, and assist HR teams with reporting and data analysis to improve efficiency.
• Maintain alignment with SMBC’s policies, standards, and values in all system administration and end-user support activities.

Required Experience and Skills

• Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central is strongly preferred, and knowledge of Recruitment/SmartRecruiters and Onboarding is considered a major advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking and sound decision-making, with the ability to use data to identify and solve business challenges.
• Proven ability to perform well both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
• Experience operating in agile project environments and delivering results under pressure.
• Ability to coordinate across stakeholders in different countries and cultural settings.
