Key Responsibilities

• Interact with international clients through phone calls, emails, and chat platforms.
• Explain and promote various insurance products and services clearly and effectively.
• Meet monthly sales targets to contribute to the organization's revenue objectives.
• Conduct diligent follow-ups and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Address client objections, resolve their queries promptly, and foster long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications and Experience

• Educational qualification: Graduation mandatory (0-3 years experience accepted; freshers encouraged to apply).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong negotiating abilities and capability to handle objections adeptly.
