Job Overview
As a Visual Merchandiser at C&A in Kaiserslautern, you will be responsible for designing an engaging and inspiring store environment that attracts customers. Your window displays will play a key role in motivating shoppers to purchase. Additionally, you will mentor sales colleagues to help them implement the Visual Merchandising (VM) standards effectively.
Key Duties
- Ensure an appealing and sales-driven presentation of products while adhering to VM guidelines and contributing your own creative ideas.
- Decorate store windows and mannequins in captivating and innovative ways.
- Analyze sales figures and KPIs using the Merchandise Management System to refine presentations and tailor collections accordingly.
- Apply centrally developed sales strategies and concepts to in-store displays.
- Boost sales results by creatively and attractively presenting merchandise.
- Coach colleagues on correct execution of VM standards.
- Proactively implement profitable initiatives whenever opportunities arise.
- Offer styling advice and assistance to customers seeking help with articles or fashion inquiries.
Candidate Profile
You have a strong eye for style and a passion for cool designs, colors, shapes, fashion, and trends.
- Completed commercial retail training with significant experience in Visual Merchandising, or vocational training as a visual marketing designer or a similar creative profession.
- Analytical skills to transform sales data into actionable solutions.
- Excellent planning and organizational abilities, working closely with the Store Manager to set priorities and weekly plans.
- Business process affinity and proficient handling of space metrics and merchandise management systems.
- Ability to understand customer desires and translate them into wearable Visual Merchandising concepts.
