Job Overview
As a Visual Merchandiser working within a fast-moving fashion environment at Indooroopilly, Queensland, you play a crucial role in creating a visually attractive store atmosphere that motivates customers to express their individual style. You will mentor and guide the store team to offer outstanding inspiration and advice, ensuring alignment with the brand's vision and values while actively contributing to sales growth through precise execution of the Commercial Handbook.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain garment displays in-store consistent with the Commercial Handbook, delivering exceptional styling and convenience.
- Create visually appealing and trend-forward fashion inspiration in store windows and interiors.
- Collaborate with the Department Manager to explore and enhance commercial opportunities within brand guidelines.
- Implement visual and commercial training for all store staff, supporting garment styling and presentation standards.
- Identify and nurture potential future visual merchandising talents for succession planning.
- Plan and organize workload based on business priorities and commercial schedules while ensuring adherence to safety, security, and administrative protocols.
Qualifications and Skills
- Passion for inspiring customers through an enhanced shopping environment and strong styling knowledge.
- Capability to coach and provide constructive feedback to store teams, fostering an engaging customer experience consistent with brand standards.
- Awareness of current fashion trends and styling techniques to effectively anticipate customer needs.
