Visual Merchandiser

Position Objective

The role is dedicated to developing, implementing, and communicating compelling visual merchandising concepts that enhance the brand image while driving product promotion within the store environment. It also involves training and guiding store personnel to handle visual presentation tasks effectively on a daily, weekly, and seasonal basis.

Core Responsibilities

• Maintain and advance the brand's visual identity by creating attractive and commercially-driven displays both in window setups and throughout the store
• Adhere to and execute brand-specific visual merchandising standards rigorously
• Coordinate store displays aligning with brand guidelines and strategic objectives
• Design floor plans to optimize visual appeal and maximize impact
• Organize merchandise, signage, fixtures, and overall in-store layout to support brand presentation
• Document all merchandising changes through photographs to record updates
• Incorporate innovative lighting techniques in window displays to enhance visibility and attractiveness
• Maximize placement of new product lines and refresh store merchandise following emerging trends
• Develop store layouts based on product categories ensuring effective merchandise placement
• Ensure accurate and appropriate arrangement and merchandising of items
• Gather and analyze feedback regarding merchandise presentation for continuous improvement

Additional Duties

• Collaborate closely with operations and brand management teams to boost sales performance
• Partner with the Visual Merchandising Manager and sales staff to meet commercial objectives
• Participate in store pre-opening activities and conduct timely visits to guarantee adherence to brand standards
• Research and track current market trends and lifestyle preferences to inform merchandising strategies
