Role Overview

TCY Global Education is hiring an experienced Student Visa Filing Officer to manage international student visa processing with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and successful outcomes. The role is based in Ludhiana, Punjab, and is suited to someone who can handle end-to-end visa filing work for students pursuing education abroad.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the full student visa journey, from collecting and organizing documents to filing applications and following them through to approval.
• Handle visa cases for a wide range of destinations, including Canada, the UK, the USA, Australia, Europe, and Asia.
• Carefully examine applications to ensure they are complete, accurate, and aligned with immigration and compliance requirements.
• Prepare students for visa interviews by conducting guidance sessions and mock interviews.
• Work closely with counsellors, partner institutions, and students to keep the process smooth and coordinated.
• Keep up to date with changing visa rules, immigration policies, and destination-specific requirements.

Required Profile

The ideal candidate should already have hands-on experience in student visa processing and documentation, along with a solid understanding of international admissions and immigration procedures. Strong attention to detail, a high compliance mindset, and the ability to balance several applications at once are essential. Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills are also important for this role.
