Student Recruitment Manager

Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Ludhiana for an experienced recruitment professional who can lead student recruitment efforts in the international education space. The role focuses on building strong partner relationships, opening new markets, and contributing to student success across global study destinations.

Key Objectives

• Grow and reinforce the network of international recruitment partners.
• Identify, engage, and onboard education agents and other recruitment collaborators with strong performance potential.
• Increase the number of high-quality student applications for overseas study programs.
• Develop long-term strategic partnerships that support sustainable business expansion.
• Share market insights and contribute to initiatives that help partners perform better.

Experience and Profile

Candidates should bring at least 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in student recruitment, international admissions, or partner management. A solid network within the international education ecosystem is important, along with hands-on experience managing recruitment agents, partners, or enterprise-level accounts.

Preferred Capabilities

Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation ability, and stakeholder management are essential. Prior exposure to study abroad or international education work will be an added advantage.
