Brainstorm Visa Services Private Limited is seeking a proactive and client-oriented Visa Counsellor to support individuals in obtaining work visas. The role involves guiding applicants through the visa application procedures, clarifying necessary documentation, actively following up on prospective clients, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while meeting sales goals.
Job Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and physical visits.
- Provide expert advice on various work visa options and assess client eligibility.
- Clearly communicate the visa application steps including documentation requirements, applicable fees, and estimated timelines.
- Engage with leads to convert them into confirmed clients effectively.
- Liaise with the documentation team to facilitate smooth processing of visa applications.
- Keep detailed and updated records of client interactions and progress statuses.
- Meet or surpass monthly targets related to counselling sessions and sales.
- Maintain a professional demeanor, ensuring courteous and efficient customer support at all times.
