About Us
Outsource Access specializes in streamlining back-office logistics and digital storefront management for state-licensed cannabis retailers. We ensure that thousands of product listings are accurately cataloged, priced, and updated on retail menus daily, preparing them for seamless customer access before store opening.
Responsibilities
- Execute overnight back-office Point of Sale (POS) tasks in Dutchie for all products received by the brick-and-mortar team, ensuring accurate updates before store opening.
- Create detailed new catalog entries, verifying product names, brand categories, pricing, descriptions, and lab test results for accuracy on digital menus and boards.
- Maintain high accuracy in handling over 25,000 yearly entries, identifying and rectifying discrepancies in menus, pricing, or images to ensure operational integrity.
- Generate nightly reports on inventory nearing expiration for sales prioritization and compile end-of-shift summaries to provide management with actionable insights.
Requirements
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and precision in high-volume data entry tasks, prioritizing accuracy over speed.
- Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and follow structured workflows and video guides precisely, knowing when to execute tasks and when to escalate issues.
- Thrive in an independent, quiet overnight work environment, with the ability to learn asynchronously through written documentation and recorded tutorials.
- Exhibit strong technical aptitude, with a proven ability to quickly learn and navigate complex POS, e-commerce catalog, or inventory management software, including Dutchie and Google Workspace.
- Maintain a dedicated, distraction-free home office with a secure, high-performance computer (BYOD) and a reliable, high-speed internet connection capable of supporting overnight operations aligned with US Eastern Time.
