Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with creative and production teams to support various types of video projects including marketing, educational, and internal communication videos.
  • Manage media files, maintain version control, and organize assets to facilitate smooth post-production processes.
  • Prepare final video outputs and assist with finishing tasks to meet delivery specifications for different platforms.
  • Maintain multiple projects concurrently, adhering to deadlines and quality benchmarks in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Arts, Digital Media, Communications, or a related discipline; alternatively, a high school diploma with six years of relevant experience.
  • At least three years of professional experience in video editing across commercial, branded content, documentaries, or digital media including social platforms and digital marketing.
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Creative Cloud suite; working knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Adobe Audition, and DaVinci Resolve.
  • Strong aptitude for storytelling, understanding of pacing, rhythm, music selection, continuity, and audience engagement across various media.
  • Familiarity with post-production workflow management including media organization, project and version control, quality assurance, and digital delivery protocols.
  • Knowledge of color correction, audio enhancement, graphics integration, and appropriate export settings suited for social and digital platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and detail-oriented approach within a dynamic environment.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills with experience collaborating over different creative disciplines and stakeholders.
  • Continuous learner with interest in new post-production technologies, motion graphics, and AI-assisted workflows.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%, work extended hours when necessary, and perform light physical activities such as moving lightweight materials.
