CraziStudio is a premium podcast and content production company based in Noida, specializing in creating high-quality podcasts, YouTube videos, reels, and social media content. Their clientele includes entrepreneurs, business owners, influencers, coaches, doctors, astrologers, and brands seeking engaging digital media.

Job Responsibilities

Edit and professionally produce multi-camera podcast episodes.
Synchronize and arrange audio and video materials.
Remove errors, pauses, filler words, and other unwanted segments.
Improve audio quality and apply fundamental color correction.
Develop captivating YouTube podcast videos and high-retention Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook videos.
Create 60 to 90-second teaser clips for promotional use.
Incorporate captions, graphics, transitions, zoom effects, b-roll footage, and motion graphics as necessary.
Organize project files and maintain backups diligently.
Ensure timely delivery of projects without compromising quality.
Work collaboratively with production and content teams.

Requirements

Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro are essential.
Basic to intermediate proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
Understanding of narrative techniques and audience engagement strategies.
Experience with multi-camera editing and proficient audio syncing and cleanup.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects efficiently.
Portfolio demonstrating podcast, YouTube, or social media video editing experience.
Good communication and teamwork capabilities.
Preferred: Experience with podcast or YouTube video editing, motion graphics and animation knowledge, thumbnail design using Adobe Photoshop, basic color grading skills, and familiarity with social media content trends.

Additional Information

Location: On-site at CraziStudio, Noida.

Experience: 1 to 3 years preferred; freshers with a strong portfolio encouraged to apply.
