Compensation and commitment
The hourly pay range for this role is $15 to $40. The expected weekly time commitment is between 10 and 40 hours, and the position is fully remote.
Key responsibilities
You will be expected to analyze video editing and post-production interviews, provide practical feedback, and help strengthen evaluation standards and training data accuracy. The role also includes checking that audio sync, color work, and motion graphics align with accepted industry standards.
- Assess interview content related to video editing and post-production workflows, then refine it as needed.
- Judge the technical quality, narrative flow, and creative decisions reflected in the materials.
- Offer detailed input on storytelling, pacing, and editing choices to raise the overall standard of the content.
- Review AI-generated interview content and improve it for realism, precision, and clarity.
- Work with team members across functions to improve training data quality and evaluation processes.
- Verify that audio synchronization, color correction, and motion graphics follow professional best practices.
Requirements
This role calls for professional video editing experience, advanced command of Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut, and a strong foundation in editorial storytelling. You should also be comfortable with audio syncing, color work, and motion graphics fundamentals.
