This is a remote contract opportunity for a Content Analyst focused on media and insights work. The role is designed around part-time to near-full-time availability, with a weekly commitment ranging from 10 to 40 hours. Key responsibilities
- Examine Gmail inbox setups, including label structures and categorization logic, to spot areas where organization can be improved.
- Deliver practical, well-organized feedback on email arrangement and overall user experience.
- Look for repeated patterns in communication processes that can inform AI training for stronger content understanding and prioritization.
- Help build and refine reliable datasets and evaluation criteria used in AI development.
- Work with cross-functional teammates to improve AI outputs and support smoother digital workflows.
- Keep accuracy high and maintain careful attention to detail during review and feedback tasks.
Requirements
- Strong analytical ability and a careful eye for detail, especially when working with digital communication systems.
- Working knowledge of Gmail organization methods, including labels, filters, and folder structures.
- Ability to write feedback that is clear, structured, and concise when dealing with complex workflow scenarios.
- Prior exposure to bilingual or multicultural work environments.
