Across 37 sites and more than 3,200 employees, the group supplies food service and food industry customers with packaging made from plastic, paper, and cardboard. KIV currently has 19 employees and is expanding its commercial activity in Fürstenwalde/Spree, Germany.

Role summary

This strategic internal leadership role is based in Fürstenwalde/Spree and reports directly to the Managing Director. The position plays a major part in shaping and driving the sales approach, supporting the growth of KIV’s business, and strengthening the company’s market presence.

Start date is as soon as possible. Contract type: CDI.

Responsibilities

  • Define the company’s commercial priorities and sales strategy together with senior management, with a focus on activities, products, and target markets.
  • Increase revenue across all customer segments in the market.
  • Keep the management team informed about market movements, trends, and customer needs.
  • Lead and energize the field sales team by setting ambitious goals and maintaining strong motivation.
  • Support and strengthen the company’s image and reputation in the market.

Profile

The ideal candidate has a university degree with a sales focus and proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in a business environment with multiple activities and several sales channels. The role requires the ability to bring teams together, structure them effectively, and support their development.

Strong results orientation, a genuine customer-service mindset, and a clear interest in the technical aspects of the products are essential. Fluent German is required; knowledge of an additional language is considered an advantage.
