What you will do

  • Assess startups by reviewing their business model, product-market fit, market position, customer traction, and growth outlook.
  • Carry out financial analysis and due diligence on potential investments, including financial statements, revenue structures, unit economics, valuation, and operating performance.
  • Contribute to investment memos, reports, and presentation materials used for decision-making.
  • Help source deals by following startup ecosystems, keeping track of industry developments, attending events, and identifying new opportunities.
  • Organize and maintain deal-flow pipelines for review by senior investment professionals.
  • Support portfolio monitoring by tracking company performance, milestone progress, and any risks or opportunities affecting current holdings.
  • Work with investment teams, founders, and other stakeholders to produce accurate and timely insights.

What we are looking for

  • Strong ability to think analytically and work with quantitative information.
  • Comfort with market research and evaluating business models.
  • Working knowledge of startups, venture capital, and growth strategies.
  • Familiarity with financial statements, valuation approaches, and core investment concepts.

  • Good command of Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet-based analysis.
  • High attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Ability to create clear reports and investment summaries.
  • Strong planning, organization, and time management skills.
  • Comfort handling multiple research tasks and deadlines at once.
  • Sound critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Genuine interest in startups, innovation, and venture capital markets.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with investment teams and stakeholders.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn in a fast-moving investment setting.
