About the Role

Premium Parking is hiring a Valet Attendant in Miami, FL to serve as the welcoming face of the guest experience. In this position, you will make the first and last impression for visitors by greeting them courteously, handling vehicles safely, and helping ensure each interaction feels smooth, professional, and memorable. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys working with people, staying active throughout the day, and delivering dependable service.

Work Schedule

  • Shift timing: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Duties

  • Receive guests in a warm, polished, and service-oriented manner.
  • Park and return guest vehicles safely, including both automatic and manual transmission cars.
  • Provide help with directions, questions, luggage, and other parking-related requests.
  • Record vehicle details accurately and note any existing damage when needed.
  • Keep traffic moving efficiently by guiding vehicles and maintaining open drive lanes.
  • Contribute to a clean, orderly, and professional parking area.
  • Support special events, busy periods, and other operational needs at the site.
  • Comply with safety rules and promptly report hazards, equipment problems, or other concerns.

Required Qualifications

  • A valid driver’s license is mandatory.
  • At least 3 years of licensed driving experience.
  • Ability to move quickly, including brisk walking or jogging.
  • Physical stamina for repeated bending, sitting, standing, pushing, and pulling during the full shift.
  • Capability to bend and twist while entering and exiting vehicles as needed.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to push up to 100 pounds using a luggage cart.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including rain, cold, heat, and humidity.

Preferred Experience

  • Comfort operating both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
  • Prior experience in a similar role or environment.
  • At least 6 months of work experience is preferred.
