Job description
About Grind
Grind is a renowned London-based coffee company established in 2011. Having expanded from its Shoreditch location to multiple cafés, coffee trucks, and a modern coffee roastery, Grind serves millions of coffees annually across London and the UK. The company also offers coffee beans, compostable pods, and ready-to-drink cans available in supermarkets nationally and hotels globally. Grind is committed to sustainability through innovative eco-friendly products and practices, including the UK's first compostable coffee pods and carbon-free shipping. In 2023, they founded the Better Coffee Foundation charity, which has already reclaimed 43 million pods' worth of ocean-bound plastic in its inaugural year. Their thriving e-commerce platform incorporates a successful subscription model, supporting their ongoing growth.
