- Engage in rapid prototyping, testing, and iterative design improvements using user feedback.
- Collaborate with engineering and product leadership to maintain design integrity from concept through launch.
- Enhance and maintain our design system to foster coherence and efficiency across platforms.
- Work closely with designers across various disciplines to develop a harmonized design language.
- Communicate design ideas with clarity and vision, influencing stakeholders and product strategies.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in digital product design, preferably within complex or enterprise settings.
- A portfolio showcasing strong interaction and visual design skills, highlighting examples of simplified workflows or systems.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, including the creation of high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
- Deep understanding of design thinking and user-centered methodologies, balancing user needs with business and technical constraints.
- Ability to seamlessly transition between broad strategic concepts and meticulous detail-oriented tasks.
- Experience working in agile, fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication and storytelling abilities to inspire teams and justify design decisions.
- Additional advantage: experience with enterprise-level tools, data-intensive products, or design systems.

We believe design transcends mere product functionality; it enhances the meaning of work itself. We are creating a unified design language that redefines how employees across the company interact with tools, data, and collaborative environments.
- Influence the future of enterprise design by shaping how thousands operate daily.
- Design at scale by building systems and patterns that integrate experiences across multiple platforms.
- Become part of a larger mission prioritizing design that is clear, human-centric, and deeply interconnected.
