As a UX Researcher, you will work side by side with product managers, designers, and developers to uncover, prioritise, and communicate research opportunities that support both business objectives and user needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, run, and interpret research activities by combining new user studies with analysis of existing information.
- Prepare clear, well-structured research outputs that translate findings into practical recommendations for internal teams.
- Coordinate and carry out usability testing sessions, with support from colleagues where required.
- Take end-to-end ownership of UX research work and manage several workstreams at the same time.
- Build and maintain a research roadmap that supports ongoing product improvements.
- Recommend the most suitable research techniques based on your professional judgement and experience.
- Carry out competitor and benchmark research to inform product decisions.
- Run workshops with internal stakeholders to align research activity with business priorities.
- Represent the user perspective within the team, working with Product Managers to ensure solutions address customer pain points while supporting commercial goals.
- Use strong interpersonal influence to shape product and design choices in a fast-moving environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Confidence working in a high-energy environment focused on delivering customer value frequently.
- Strong ability to influence product and design direction through effective collaboration and communication.
- Demonstrable background in UX research and the use of remote testing platforms.
- Ability to turn findings around quickly and frame research questions that are specific, answerable, and useful.
- Experience handling the full research cycle, including planning, execution, evaluation, and iteration, while partnering effectively with stakeholders.
- Previous exposure to user groups and feedback sessions.
- A creative, solutions-focused approach with a positive mindset.
- Solid capability in both data analysis and qualitative UX research methods.
- Commercial awareness paired with a practical, constructive attitude.
- Proven experience selecting and applying appropriate qualitative research methods.
- Comfort working across both qualitative and quantitative research approaches.
