Role Significance

User experience is a key factor in how brands are perceived online. As a UX Designer, you will create interfaces and digital structures for websites and platforms that users find intuitive and enjoyable. Your work sits at the crossroads of design, technology, and user behavior.

Main Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design UX/UI approaches for websites and digital platforms
• Develop user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
• Establish and enhance design systems
• Collaborate closely with branding, content creation, and development teams
• Contribute to the architecture of digital platforms
• Present and refine UX concepts

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum three years of experience in UX/UI or web design
• A portfolio showcasing digital interfaces or platform projects
• Proficient in Figma, including auto layout, components, design systems, and prototyping
• Good understanding of modern web technologies and digital platforms
• Advanced German language skills and good English communication
• Structured work approach and systemic thinking

Tools and Techniques

• Expertise in UX/UI design fundamentals
• Experience with user flows, wireframes, and information architecture
• Basic knowledge of contemporary web technologies
• Familiarity with additional design tools like Framer or Webflow is a plus
