UX and UI Designer

About the role

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to shape smooth, practical, and visually strong digital experiences for mobile and web products in the fintech space. The position involves translating user needs and business goals into clear interface solutions that support investment and wealth management journeys.

What you will do

• Plan and carry out user research and usability studies to collect insights and refine design ideas.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define product direction, visual language, and overall experience.
• Build clean, user-friendly interfaces for mobile apps and web products using tools such as Figma and Zeplin.
• Prepare wireframes, interactive prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and reusable design systems that align with fintech standards.
• Work with developers to make sure designs can be implemented well and remain consistent across products.
• Review user behavior data and feedback to keep improving the product experience for capital markets and wealth management use cases.

Ideal candidate profile

• You should have 3 to 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• Experience in capital markets, wealth management, or BFSI is highly preferred.
• You should be comfortable using design tools such as Figma, Zeplin, and comparable platforms.
• Hands-on experience designing for both mobile and web interfaces is important.
• Strong capability in research, usability testing, wireframing, and prototyping is expected.
• You must be able to coordinate effectively with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders in a dynamic fintech environment.
• A detail-oriented, problem-solving approach with a strong focus on users is needed.
• Previous work on fintech products such as trading platforms or investment applications will be an added advantage.

Compensation

The position offers an annual package in the range of INR 5,00,000 to 6,00,000.
