Role Overview

This position is for a US IT Recruiter based in Hyderabad, India. The role focuses on managing the complete recruitment cycle for US IT hiring needs and ensuring quality delivery against daily sourcing and submission expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process for US-based IT openings.
• Find suitable profiles through job boards, internal databases, and other sourcing channels.
• Assess candidates on technical capability, relevant work history, communication quality, and overall fit.
• Recruit across a wide range of technologies, including Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, QA, SAP, Salesforce, and Full Stack.
• Arrange interviews, keep candidates engaged, and support the process through onboarding.
• Discuss compensation expectations and rate negotiations to close positions efficiently.
• Update candidate information accurately in ATS and CRM systems.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with consultants and clients.
• Meet daily submission goals and recruitment performance targets.
