Job description
Role overview
An established organization in Dubai is looking for a seasoned HR Executive to take charge of core human resources functions and support day-to-day people operations. This position is suited to someone who has substantial UAE-based HR experience and can work confidently in a fast-moving environment.
Core responsibilities
- Oversee daily HR activities and maintain accurate employee records.
- Run the full hiring cycle, from attracting candidates through to onboarding new joiners.
- Coordinate visa processing, labour documentation, medical insurance, and other employee paperwork.
- Handle Emiratisation-related requirements and keep UAE National employee files compliant with the relevant regulations.
- Draft HR reports, attendance summaries, employee assessments, warning notices, and other official HR documents.
- Track employee performance and work with department managers on review cycles.
- Support adherence to company policies as well as UAE legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of HR experience gained in the UAE.
- Practical understanding of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE processes, employee relations, and general HR operations.
- Experience across recruitment, onboarding and exit processes, employment contracts, leave administration, payroll support, and HR administration.
- Exposure to UAE National employment matters, including Emiratisation procedures, pension registration, GPSSA requirements, and related compliance work.
- Hands-on involvement with employee medical insurance administration, such as enrolments, renewals, additions, deletions, and coordination with insurers.
- Ability to prepare performance reviews, KPI tracking, warning letters, and follow-up documentation for improvement plans.
- Strong planning, communication, and reporting abilities.
- Applicants must be able to provide experience certificates or references from previous UAE employers.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and HR software/systems.
- Arabic and English proficiency is an advantage.
- Only candidates with genuine UAE HR experience will be shortlisted.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
