Role overview
HonorVet Technologies India is hiring a US Finance Recruiter for its Mohali work-from-office location. This is a night-shift position and requires at least 1 year of experience in US staffing.
What you will do
- Find, evaluate, and hire finance and accounting talent for roles across the US market.
- Support hiring for positions such as accountants, financial analysts, controllers, tax specialists, payroll specialists, auditors, bookkeepers, accounts payable/receivable specialists, and finance managers.
- Use applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing methods to identify suitable candidates.
- Schedule interviews and keep candidates engaged throughout the hiring process.
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline while working toward recruitment goals.
- Keep ATS data accurate and submit candidates within expected timelines.
Requirements
- Prior experience in US staffing is required.
- Experience recruiting for US finance positions is preferred.
- Applicants with experience in US professional or non-IT recruitment may also be considered.
- Strong verbal communication, sourcing ability, and negotiation skills are needed.
- Practical experience with ATS tools and job portals like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, Dice, and CareerBuilder is expected.

The role is based in Mohali, India and requires working from the office during US night shift hours.
