About the Role

ZHSync Digital is hiring an Upwork Bidder & Outreach Specialist in Karachi to take charge of proposal writing, client communication, and lead generation on Upwork. The position is aimed at someone who can do more than submit bids — the expectation is to build opportunities, convert conversations into clients, and help drive monthly revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and actively manage up to two Upwork profiles.
  • Prepare and submit around 200 strong proposals for each account every month.
  • Identify promising projects and pursue clients with genuine buying intent.
  • Respond to client messages quickly and maintain follow-up communication.
  • Support the pipeline from initial outreach through client conversion.

Ideal Profile

  • Hands-on experience with bidding on Upwork.
  • Ability to write clear, persuasive, and client-focused proposals.
  • A sales-oriented mindset with a strong focus on revenue generation.
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing services.

Performance Targets

  • Achieve $5,000 in closed revenue each month.
  • Meet the expected proposal volume for each account.
  • Maintain and improve conversion rate from proposal to client.

Compensation and Benefits

The role offers a base salary of PKR 120,000 per month, along with 5% commission on every verified client secured through Upwork or outreach. A bonus is available for meeting or surpassing the monthly revenue goal.

Additional Information

This is a full-time, onsite position. The salary range shared for the role is PKR 1,200,000 to PKR 1,800,000 per month, plus commission. The company is specifically looking for someone who can convert proposals into clients and clients into revenue, rather than simply staying active on the platform.
