Role Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable UK Payroll Consultant who possesses an in-depth understanding of UK payroll procedures and the legislative landscape. The consultant will aid in the successful execution of payroll implementations, working directly with clients to grasp their needs, tailor solutions, and ensure smooth deployment. Collaboration with the professional services team and clients will be vital to ensure payroll solutions meet business and regulatory standards. Though familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous, it is not mandatory. The key requirement is a strong grasp on UK payroll, excellent problem-solving capabilities, and dedication to delivering exceptional client results.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end UK payroll processing and manage detailed reporting tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations and other relevant legal requirements.
  • Administer employee benefits including enrollment processes, modifications, and reconciliations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, internal staff, and employees on payroll topics and queries.
  • Maintain high accuracy and analytical skills to resolve payroll challenges.
  • Manage numerous deadlines efficiently, prioritize tasks, and work autonomously in a dynamic setting.
  • Comprehend local employment laws and statutory mandates connected to payroll; experience with global payroll is beneficial.
