  • Lead strategic planning for growth, innovation, and site development of both Brand Homes.

  • Oversee creation of a bar concept at the Northern Brand Home to optimize visitor experience and commercial success.
  • Provide direct operational leadership, particularly during the launch and growth phases of the Northern Brand Home, ensuring excellence throughout.
  • Manage daily operational activities at the London Brand Home.
  • Enhance systems and processes to maintain best-in-class operations as the business expands.
  • Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to uncover opportunities and implement improvements.

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and commercial planning for both Brand Homes, owning revenue, profitability, and cost controls.
  • Benchmark industry performance to set strategic priorities.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop local managers at both sites, cultivating consistent leadership and a strong corporate culture.
  • Coordinate training programs focusing on storytelling, product knowledge, service quality, and brand engagement.
  • Host VIP clients and internal stakeholders with professionalism and authority.

  • Collaborate closely with global brand, marketing, and production teams to ensure alignment with worldwide strategies.
