Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned UI and UX Design Manager with extensive experience in eCommerce web design to lead our design initiatives. The ideal candidate will be proficient in modern design tools, including Figma and generative AI, with a strong background in applying design strategies that drive measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Possess 12 to 20 years of experience specifically in designing for eCommerce websites.
- Demonstrate expert-level skills in Figma, including mastery of components and Developer Mode features.
- Maintain a robust portfolio showcasing design projects that have resulted in clear business impact.
- Have practical knowledge and hands-on experience with generative AI design tools and prompt engineering techniques.
- Understand and apply methodologies such as A/B testing and growth experiments to enhance design effectiveness.
Additional Information
Applicants must hold at least a graduate degree. This role is based in Noida, India, requiring onsite presence. The offered annual salary range is between 5,000,000 and 9,000,000 INR.
