Job Overview
The role involves efficient monitoring and execution of loading and unloading operations in alignment with the prescribed loading manifest. The driver is responsible for the safe and timely transportation of goods to specified destinations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee loading and unloading procedures strictly following the loading manifest details.
- Deliver goods accurately to assigned locations with care and punctuality.
- Conduct routine monthly maintenance of the truck, including cleaning and replacing oil and filters to ensure optimal vehicle condition.
- Secure customer acknowledgment by obtaining stamped invoices and ensuring they are forwarded to the Customer Service Department (CSD).
- Communicate customer grievances to supervisory personnel and suggest improvements, supported by thorough documentation of complaints.
