Role overview

A Lahore-based company is hiring a Truck Dispatcher for a full-time, on-site position. This role is scheduled for the US time zone and is located near Model Town / Amanah Mall, Lahore.

Requirements

• Previous hands-on exposure to truck dispatching, logistics, or transportation operations is required.
• Excellent spoken and written English is essential.
• You should already be comfortable with load booking, route planning, and coordinating drivers.
• The role calls for clear communication with drivers, brokers, and customers.
• Experience using dispatch software, GPS tracking systems, and Microsoft Office is needed.
• Strong planning, organization, and troubleshooting abilities are important.
• You must be able to handle several loads and deadlines at the same time without losing track of details.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day freight movements and allocate loads to the appropriate drivers.
• Track shipments closely to help ensure pickups and deliveries happen on schedule.
• Stay in touch with brokers, carriers, and customers to share shipment and load status updates.
• Keep dispatch documentation accurate and make regular updates in the system.
• Address scheduling conflicts and help keep transportation operations running smoothly.
