Role Overview
The Travel Fulfilment Manager will oversee the fulfilment function within the Operations team. The position is responsible for making sure bookings are completed efficiently, service standards are met, and operational processes keep improving. It also involves managing teams, streamlining workflows, and supporting a strong customer experience through the company’s travel technology platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the Travel Fulfilment team and oversee day-to-day operational work.
- Make sure travel bookings and fulfilment tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Track operational KPIs, productivity, quality, and service performance.
- Design and roll out improvements that raise efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Handle escalations and more complex travel-related cases.
- Work closely with Product, Technology, Customer Experience, and Commercial teams.
- Support automation and ongoing process enhancement efforts.
- Guide, coach, and develop team members.
- Compile operational summaries and performance updates for leadership.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, or another relevant discipline is required.
- At least 5 years of experience in travel operations, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership position.
- Strong knowledge of travel booking and fulfilment workflows.
- Demonstrated experience in leading people and managing teams.
- Excellent skills in analysis, communication, and stakeholder coordination.
- Prior experience in a technology-focused environment is an advantage.

This is a full-time, onsite role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
