Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Nagercoil for a Travel Consultant. The role involves building customized travel plans, organizing trip details, handling bookings and reservations, and supporting clients throughout their travel process. The consultant is also expected to provide excellent service and keep up with current developments in travel trends and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare personalized travel itineraries and package options based on client needs.
- Coordinate end-to-end travel arrangements and ensure all bookings are managed accurately.
- Handle reservations for transport, accommodation, and related travel services.
- Support clients with travel-related queries and provide prompt, helpful assistance.
- Deliver a high level of customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
- Stay informed about travel industry updates, rules, and market trends.
Qualifications
- Ability to work as a travel consultant and build customized itineraries.
- Prior experience in travel coordination and managing trip arrangements.
- Strong command over bookings, reservations, and travel logistics.
- Good communication and relationship-building skills for client-facing service.
- Strong organization and attention to detail when managing several itineraries at once.
- Familiarity with travel platforms or software is an added advantage.
