About the Client
The employer is a Dubai-based travel business with over two decades of experience creating memorable holiday experiences across destinations worldwide.
Role Summary
This full-time Travel Consultant role is based in Dubai, UAE and focuses on managing visa workflows, travel arrangements, and stakeholder communication in a fast-moving travel/tourism environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the full lifecycle of visa cases for travelers and employees, including new applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Check supporting paperwork carefully, advise applicants on visa requirements, and make sure submissions reach UAE immigration authorities on time.
- Keep complete and organized records of visa files, monitor progress, prepare reports, and maintain documentation that supports audits and compliance checks.
- Coordinate with customers, employees, government departments, and third-party service providers to share status updates, answer questions, and keep the process smooth for everyone involved.
- Monitor visa expiry dates, follow up on pending approvals, and ensure UAE labor and immigration rules are observed.
- Proactively communicate deadlines, document needs, and procedural updates to staff and travelers.
Qualifications and Experience
A bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism or a similar discipline is preferred. Additional training or certifications in visa processing, immigration compliance, or travel administration will be an advantage.
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of UAE experience in visa processing and end-to-end travel planning, including flights, hotels, tours, and transfers, within the travel or tourism sector.
Applicants must have a solid working understanding of UAE immigration rules and visa procedures, along with strong customer service and communication abilities.
Comfort with MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint is required. Familiarity with visa management systems or HRIS platforms will be beneficial, especially in roles that require handling multiple applications accurately in a busy setting.

- Explain your experience with UAE immigration procedures, visa renewals and cancellations, and resolving issues with authorities or customers.
