Role Overview

We are inviting experienced Travel Consultants to join our vibrant teams located in Dundrum and Swords. This position involves organizing holidays, cruises, city breaks, sports packages, and long-haul trips, partnering with numerous airlines and tour operators. You'll operate in energetic retail environments alongside skilled colleagues.

Key Responsibilities & Expectations

• Utilize your expertise to book a variety of travel arrangements, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate strong selling skills by successfully closing and upselling to customers.
• Uphold meticulous attention to detail throughout all transactions.
• Apply extensive geographical knowledge to assist clients effectively.
• Deliver high standards of customer service consistently.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of two years’ experience in retail travel or travel sales.
• Proven record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
