Training Specialist

Role Overview

This position is for a Service Training Specialist focused on heavy machinery. The role is based in Dubai and is intended for professionals with hands-on background in construction equipment service. Only applicants with directly relevant experience in the heavy machinery service field should be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage service training activities across the region.
• Create and adapt core training content for regional use.
• Track and evaluate the development of service training for regional product lines.
• Work with product-line teams to arrange skill certification for local service staff.
• Coordinate with regional operations, safety teams, and other certification authorities.

Qualifications and Skills

• A bachelor's degree or higher is required, with Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering preferred.
• Applicants should have experience in after-sales service within the construction heavy machinery industry and a strong understanding of the complete after-sales service cycle.
• More than 3 years of experience in after-sales service and service team management is expected.
• English fluency is required.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is necessary.
• The candidate should align with the company culture, demonstrate structured thinking, analyze data well, write reports effectively, and communicate and coordinate confidently as a team player.
