Training & Placement Officer (UK Placements)

Job Overview

This role involves coordinating placements specifically with companies based in the United Kingdom. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong connections with recruiters and hiring managers to facilitate successful placements.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with UK companies to arrange placements for candidates.
• Build and nurture relationships with recruiters and hiring professionals.
• Organize and lead mock interview sessions as well as placement preparation workshops.
• Advise students on optimizing their CVs, LinkedIn profiles, and interview skills.
• Plan and manage interview schedules and placement drives.
• Identify suitable job matches for candidates based on their profiles and roles.
• Maintain comprehensive records of placements and prepare tracking reports.

Requirements

• Prior experience in UK recruitment or placement coordination roles.
• Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.
• Background as a Placement Officer, Training & Placement Officer, Career Counsellor, or Recruiter is desirable.
• Sound understanding of UK hiring norms and recruitment practices.
• Willingness to work onsite at the Sector 63, Noida office.
