We are seeking an Onboarding Specialist focused on Training, Learning & Development (L&D) to join on a contract basis. This remote role offers an hourly compensation ranging from $80 to $120.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess AI-generated outputs according to specialized domain-centric quality criteria.
- Detect errors related to facts, aesthetics, and overall presentation.
- Deliver clear and well-structured written feedback to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to uphold quality and consistency standards.
- Operate independently and asynchronously ensuring deadlines are met and that AI models’ quality is continuously improved.
Qualifications
- At least five years of professional experience in training, onboarding, or L&D functions.
- English language proficiency at native or professional fluency levels.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, with particular expertise in Slides.
- Preferred: A master's degree or higher from a respected university.
