Job description
Overview
This role offers the chance to support technical learning activities within water engineering training programs. The coordinator will help keep training operations organized, effective, and aligned with internal standards.
Responsibilities
- Plan and organize training calendars and program schedules.
- Maintain accurate records for trainees and assessment results.
- Assist with vocational and skill-building training initiatives.
- Work closely with internal teams as well as outside partners.
- Track training effectiveness and support ongoing improvements.
- Follow and uphold company procedures and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- A degree or professional certification in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Specialization in Learning and Development.
- Marketing certification would be considered an advantage.
- At least 3 years of experience in Learning and Development.
- Strong communication ability in both English and Arabic.
