Job description
Overview
We are seeking a skilled Water Systems Trainer to design and deliver technical learning programs that build the capabilities of engineering professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct both classroom-based theory sessions and hands-on practical training.
- Evaluate trainee progress, performance, and technical competence.
- Organize, schedule, and coordinate training plans and related activities.
- Oversee the upkeep of training spaces, lab setups, and learning resources.
- Guide, support, and coach trainees throughout the program.
- Enhance training content, materials, and delivery methods for better learning outcomes.
- Follow applicable quality requirements and safety practices at all times.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
- Train the Trainer (TTT) certification is required.
- At least 5 years of experience in engineering.
- Prior teaching, training, or instructional experience is preferred.
- Strong command of both English and Arabic.
