Job description
Role Summary
This contract opportunity is for a Change Management and Training Lead supporting a global operational program. The role is fully remote, but candidates must be based on the U.S. East Coast and reside in the EST time zone. The engagement is expected to last for 12+ months and is offered on a W2 basis.
Compensation and Engagement Terms
Pay is set at $73 to $75 per hour. This role is available only as a W2 arrangement; 1099, CTC, and third-party submissions are not accepted.
What You Will Do
You will own the planning and delivery of change management, communications, and training activities for a global operational initiative.
Qualifications and Experience
- 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience building training and change management approaches.
- A bachelor’s degree combined with corporate work experience.
- A strong track record of leading change effectively and encouraging adoption of new ways of working.
- Practical knowledge of change management across the full adoption lifecycle, including cultural alignment of transformation goals; familiarity with PROSCI ADKAR or similar methods is expected.

Applicants must live on the U.S. East Coast and be available in the Eastern Standard Time zone.
