Job description
About Skybound Service Partners
Skybound Service Partners is a nationwide platform that partners with top commercial roofing and building services firms. The company focuses on backing strong teams, proven operators, and durable partnerships that help each business expand and serve customers better. More than just employment, it aims to provide a career path centered on people, results, and lasting growth.
Role Overview
Skybound Service Partners is scaling quickly and is investing in the systems and workflows that will support the business long term. In this role, you will lead training across the company’s technology stack, close skill and knowledge gaps for both field and office personnel, strengthen the organization’s ability to improve continuously, and help shape the operational foundation for future growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training for the Skybound technology stack to teams in the field and in the office during rollout phases.
- Train users on additional platforms as they are introduced, including CenterPoint Connect and Sage Intacct.
- Create and maintain practical self-serve learning materials such as SOPs, short instructional videos, and quick-reference documents.
- Provide direct coaching to employees during implementations and after go-live support periods.
- Monitor system usage and adoption, and spot knowledge gaps early so they do not turn into operational issues.
- Handle the technology-focused portion of onboarding for new corporate hires.
- Develop a consistent, scalable onboarding process that helps new employees become productive quickly.
- Work with leadership and operations teams to find inefficiencies in current processes.
- Document, standardize, and improve workflows while helping lead continuous improvement efforts as the function develops.
- Apply structured improvement methods such as Lean, Six Sigma, or comparable approaches in a practical way suited to construction operations.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in the construction industry; commercial roofing experience is especially valuable.
- Prior success training people on technology systems in field-based or operational settings.
- Strong working knowledge of Procore, with the ability to teach it clearly and confidently.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both crews in the field and office teams.
- Comfort using technology and creating video-based learning content and digital SOPs.
- Availability to travel about one week each month, with heavier travel expected during early rollouts.
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to Sage Intacct, CenterPoint Connect, Procore, or similar construction or finance platforms.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or another comparable process improvement credential.
- Experience using AI-assisted content creation tools or video SOP software.
Compensation and Other Details
The final offer will depend on experience, skills, and location. The listed US pay range is $75,000 to $90,000 annually.
