Trainer

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Trainer to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs focusing on process and soft skills for our employees in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. The Trainer will play a key role in enhancing employee capabilities and ensuring alignment with operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and conduct training sessions covering process knowledge and soft skills development for staff members.
• Provide guidance and input for continuous improvement of training materials and skill development approaches.
• Develop and maintain a weekly and monthly schedule of training activities to ensure consistency and coverage.
• Track and document training participation and outcomes for all sessions conducted.
• Adapt and tailor training content to address specific regional requirements effectively.
• Oversee employee performance on the floor through on-the-job training methods.
• Manage coordination of all assigned training initiatives and ensure proper utilization of training resources.
• Maintain and safeguard all training assets assigned, ensuring their readiness and quality.
• Regularly review training materials and propose necessary updates to the corporate training team to keep content relevant and impactful.
• Synchronize training planning, including calendars and program rollouts, with operations teams for onboarding new hires and providing refresher sessions for existing staff.

Compensation

This position offers a monthly salary ranging between 30000 and 35000 INR.
