Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and experienced RCM AR Process Trainer to join our team in Chennai. This role is crucial for educating and mentoring our staff on efficient and accurate accounts receivable management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and AR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions for staff on AR calling and denial management processes.
- Provide guidance and support during transition phases and for new joiners.
- Develop training content and materials.
- Ensure efficient and accurate management of accounts receivable.
Additional Information
This position requires a minimum of 4.5 years of experience in AR calling and denial management. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential. Excellent communication skills are a must, as the role involves significant interaction during transitions and onboarding. Experience in dental or hospital billing is advantageous. Prior experience as a Trainer, Process Coach, or Subject Matter Expert (SME) is required. Familiarity with content development tools like Articulate and Adobe Weaver is a plus.
